We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a passion for building seamless, high-performing digital experiences. You'll play a key role in bringing our creative ideas to life—developing both the front-end and back-end of websites, applications, and interactive projects that balance functionality with exceptional design.
Working closely with our design, strategy, and content teams, you'll transform concepts into robust, scalable solutions. From crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces to developing efficient back-end architectures, you'll ensure our digital work is both visually engaging and technically sound. You'll also contribute to the growth of our digital capabilities, helping us stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices.
What you'll do:
- Develop a range of responsive, accessible, and standards-compliant websites using a mix of Wordpress, HubSpot, Shopify, Laravel & Vue.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters and client services to transform creative concepts into functional interfaces.
- Work on a range of digital projects—from campaign microsites to professional websites and internal web apps.
- Maintain high-quality code and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure smooth performance across all devices and browsers.
What we're looking for:
- A solid foundation in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, PHP and JavaScript.
- Experience in building a range of bespoke, responsive, accessible and standard-compliant websites using Wordpress.
- Knowledge of WordPress theme development from scratch.
- A good understanding of SEO and how websites are built from an SEO perspective.
- A good eye for detail and design, with a strong appreciation for UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of code versioning (GIT).
- Knowledge of LAMP stack.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, user experience, and digital delivery.
- Comfortable collaborating in a team environment and supporting others.
Desirables:
- Timber framework and Twig templating.
- Knowledge of any CSS framework (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- A basic understanding of Laravel (PHP Framework).
- A basic understanding of Vue (JS Framework).
- A basic understanding of npm / composer (installing / upgrading packages).
- Experience with building and maintaining HubSpot websites.
- Experience with building custom Shopify themes - Using liquid templating.
- Experience working in an AGILE environment.
- Knowledge of maintaining Ubuntu / Apache servers.
- Knowledge of REST principles.
