Coffee Design’s vision is to be a leading creative partner where collaboration and innovation drive exceptional results for our clients and their brands. We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Midweight Designer to join our creative team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for design, great attention to detail, and experience delivering across a range of formats - from print and packaging to digital, social, and campaign materials.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and content teams to produce work that’s both visually impactful and strategically on brand. We’re after someone with a solid design foundation, a strong understanding of brand, and the ability to design and artwork to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:- Develop thoughtful, effective designs across print and digital formats
- Support concept development and take creative ideas through to final execution, producing campaign visuals, layouts, and artwork to a high production standard
- Create assets for packaging, environmental design, and video content
- Ensure brand consistency across all output
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a studio or agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, layout, and artwork skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working across both print and digital
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great communication skills and the confidence to present ideas internally and liaise with clients where required
- Detail-oriented with a passion for well-crafted, creative work
- Knowledge of Figma would be beneficial
- Good understanding of motion and experience with After Effects is a bonus
