We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and organised Account Executive to join our creative agency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of design and digital services, and a strong customer service orientation.
As an experienced Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth running of all projects and quality of output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their design and digital needs.
- Manage client expectations through effective communication, responding to requests and problem solving.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed client goals.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and review sessions.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and agency management.
- Manage budgets, invoice clients and manage purchase orders using our financial management system, with support from our finance and account team.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
