The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

As Supervisor, you will support the owner and team in maintaining the highest standards across our busy café, kitchen and pottery painting studio. Your main focus will be ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience and leaves wanting to return again and again under your leadership. You will be a natural people person who leads from the front, setting a positive pace and strong example so the whole team delivers consistently high standards every day. Coffee and Clay is a well-established independent business and a popular destination for the Skipton community and visitors alike. We are looking for someone who takes pride in standards and wants to help us continue to grow and improve.

About the role

You may already be working as a Supervisor or Team Leader, or you may be an experienced front-of-house team member ready to take the next step into management within hospitality. You should have experience working in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop environment, ideally with exposure to freshly prepared food service and barista coffee preparation.

We are looking for someone who is:
