Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery—personality is what sets us apart from the competition. And, of course, our bagels!

What\’s a day in the life of a Team Member?

Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. We seek true brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating positive guest experiences. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service, ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus, but not required
• Work schedules vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance
