St Paul’s, a friendly and dynamic Church in Woking, is looking for a new Parish & Hall Hire Administrator to join the staff team. The role consists of:

  • overseeing the smooth running of the Church office and the day-to-day administrative needs in the life of the Church
  • ensuring the efficient letting of the St Paul’s Community Hall, Church and Church House Flat
  • acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, signposting to the appropriate people or organisations

Job details:

  • 20 hours a week, Monday to Thursday mornings, but can be flexible according to requirements
  • Home working for part of the week will be considered and alternative working hours to accommodate the school holidays may also be considered
  • £14.50 per hour approx.

This post is subject to a DBS check & other safe recruitment procedures. There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder be a practising Christian.
