St Bartholomew’s is looking for an organised, people-centred Operations Manager to help resource and sustain the life and growth of the church. Working closely with the vicar and staff team, the role oversees our administrative and operational systems – from managing rotas and communications to coordinating volunteers and supporting ministry initiatives. It’s a varied, behind-the-scenes role that makes a vital difference to how the church functions, fulfils its mission and vision, and serves the parish and wider community.

Hours: 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE), worked flexibly

Contract: Permanent
