Job Description
- Act as the key point of contact for global clients, providing commercial services on a daily basis.
- Support Account Managers on global programs to deliver a high-quality service.
- Assist in proactive portfolio monitoring, reporting and support for Account Management team.
- Utilise internal systems, carry out calls and supply monthly reports as and when required both internally and externally.
- Manage a small portfolio of clients independently, supporting them in the daily management of their contracts and any support they require.
- Assist the sales team with new business opportunities including attending client meetings.
- Provide training for clients and brokers on Coface platforms.
- Maintain efficient processing of calls and email enquiries, measured by response time and time to resolution conclusion.
- Coordinate tasks such as policy issuance, with other CGS teams across the world.
- Adhere to UK and Ireland compliance legislation and Group compliance rules.
Qualifications
- Degree educated in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent – preferred.
- At least 2/3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the current economic climate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Office applications.
