We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager - Mid Market to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our mid-market clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned mid-market accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Analyse client needs and provide expert advice on our products and services
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings and negotiations at senior management level
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports on account progress
