We need a technically-minded Project Manager to own delivery on complex client engagements. You'll run sprints, manage risk, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure engineers have what they need to do their best work.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery for 1–3 concurrent client engagements
  • Run sprint ceremonies: planning, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups
  • Maintain project scope, timeline, and budget; surface risks early
  • Act as the primary client point of contact through the delivery lifecycle
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, and QA to remove blockers

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years managing software delivery projects in an agency or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and sprint-based delivery
  • Comfortable reading technical documentation and understanding architecture decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with C-suite client stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools: Jira, Linear, or similar

Nice to Have

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
  • Previous experience as a software developer or QA engineer
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts
