Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving Codurance\’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
You’ll be selling our expert teams of software developers, platform engineers, analysts, UX designers, and product managers. We deliver high-quality software engineering, platform solutions, and technical consulting. Our work ranges from short discovery workshops to long-term projects like modernising legacy systems, building new features and creating full products. Projects can last anywhere from a few weeks to several years.
You will work closely with our Sales Executives, and Campaign Managers to create opportunities that lead to meaningful client relationships and successful project deliveries. This role is ideal for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and technology.

Location: Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential accounts in key industries based on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and key senior decision-makers within those accounts such as CTOs and Heads of Engineering.
- Messaging and Outreach: Tailor the messaging to each prospect using a detailed understanding of their needs and our positioning. Initiate contact with the decision-makers, via calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects\’ needs, challenges, and alignment with Codurance’s offerings to ensure quality opportunities.
- Schedule Meetings: Arrange qualified discovery meetings for Sales Executives by providing comprehensive context on client needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handovers and alignment with sales objectives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Codurance’s offerings, industry trends, and client challenges to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Compensation
Compensation: £50k-£60kOTE
Basesalary: £35k-£45k, typically expect around £15k, made up of uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
