The Regional Sales Manager is in is responsible for developing sales and partnerships in the northern region of the United Kingdom.

Codra Group is specialised in industrial and scientific software.

Having grown steadily over the past 40 years, the group now has 200 employees and generates annual revenue of around €30 million.

Codra Software Limited is based in Birmingham (Solihull) and is responsible for developing sales of the Panorama Suite Software in the United Kingdom & Ireland and provide users support and training.

Context

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be part of CODRA’s international sales team, which includes teams in our regional offices in Belgium, South Africa and France.

Under the supervision of our Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales and partnership in the southern area of the United Kingdom.

  • Main activities and responsibilities
  • Developing the partner network
  • Identify and engage high-potential systems integrators;
  • Negotiate agreements and monitor their progress;
  • Coordinate your network to stimulate commercial momentum.
  • Business development and prospecting
  • Target end customers in key sectors: food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, airports, water, energy, renewables, transport, smart building, etc.;
  • Promote the Panorama Suite through powerful presentations and demonstrations;
  • Represent CODRA at events (trade shows, Panorama days, workshops, etc.) to boost our visibility.
  • Follow-up and retention
  • Build customer and partner loyalty by establishing a relationship of trust;
  • Provide rigorous project support to ensure success;
  • Manage contract renewals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Your profil
  • You have a technical background in our domain and a keen interest in business development, or you have successful experience in selling software solutions for industry (Scada, MES, industrial Io T, GTB/GTC solutions);
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position;
  • Computing and engineering skills would be an advantage for the sales position;
  • Ideally, you already have a good knowledge of industrial players in the UK;
  • You are self-sufficient, results-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You enjoy working in the field, taking on challenges and want to actively contribute to the development of a rapidly growing company.
