Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Nice to have skills and qualifications that may be advantageous but should not deter you from applying. Please apply as we want diverse candidates.

  • Experience using cell-based assays for immunotherapy/antibody discovery.
  • Flow cytometry experience.
  • Experience designing and executing primary cell assays, ideally T cell killing/cytotoxicity assays.
  • Molecular biology experience (PCR, Golden Gate Assembly, etc.).
  • Knowledge of antibody and T cell engager structure and function.

Not sure you meet all the requirements? Don’t let that hold you back. We’re looking for people with passion and potential, not just a perfect checklist match.
