As a high-growth organisation, we need a Marketing Manager who can keep pace with our growth. This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll own the day-to-day running of our marketing across brand, demand generation and content, working directly with the leadership team to deliver the plan. You won’t be setting company-level GTM strategy on your own (we’ll shape that together), but you will be responsible for turning it into campaigns, content, copy, and activity that actually ship and actually work. You’ll join a business with high ambitions, working across both the commercial and public sectors, bursting with opportunity.
What you’ll get up to:
- Turn our commercial and sales narrative into campaigns across email, LinkedIn and SEO.
- Own and deliver the marketing campaigns we run end-to-end, working directly with the leadership team.
- Deliver targeted marketing activity across the public sector, housing and commercial property (SaaS experience will also be beneficial).
- Create clear, usable content from complex propositions.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, social, partnerships and events.
- Work closely with sales, product and technical teams to support live opportunities.
- Produce high-quality assets - case studies, landing pages, sector content and outreach sequences.
- Own and deliver the marketing calendar across brand, content and campaign activity.
- Use insight, feedback and market signals (including competitor activity) to prioritise and refine activity.
- Provide clear reporting on what’s working and how marketing is supporting the sales pipeline.
Required:
- 5+ years’ marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally involving complex products or services (SaaS, consultancy or similar).
- Proven experience owning and delivering campaigns end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong working knowledge of paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, email (Mailchimp) and content-led marketing.
- Confident creating clear, high-quality copy and content, including simplifying complex ideas.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline.
- Ability to prioritise effectively across multiple workstreams and focus on what will have the most impact.
- Comfortable using data and feedback to refine activity and improve performance.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep things moving.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- A balance of creativity and commercial awareness, with a bias toward getting things shipped.
What’s in it for you:
- Part-Time Role
- Hybrid Working
- 25 days leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
- Closed to clients over Christmas
- Pension
- Life Insurance
- EAP - 24/7 GP access and counselling service
