A great home deserves great aftercare. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer experience and enjoys getting things sorted. Working with customers, contractors and colleagues across Codi, you'll help resolve issues, coordinate repairs and make sure customers feel supported from the moment they move into their new home

As our Customer Care Assistant, you’ll help deliver a responsive and supportive aftercare service to customers living in our new-build developments. You’ll be a key point of contact during the post-completion period, helping to manage queries, defects, warranty matters and complaints through to resolution.

You’ll also help monitor recurring issues, identify opportunities for improvement and support a consistent customer experience from the initial sale through to aftercare.

The role is agile and will be based predominantly in Swansea. However, occasional travel to Cardiff and Newport will be required to meet business needs.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and experience of the construction, maintenance and repair of houses and apartments, alongside experience in a customer-facing role within the housing sector. You’ll understand construction methods, common defects and the processes involved in managing repairs and resolving issues effectively.

You’ll be a confident communicator who can work positively with customers, suppliers, contractors and colleagues, including when handling challenging or complex situations. You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable balancing competing priorities, analysing information and finding practical solutions.

Good IT skills are essential, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. Experience of CRM systems, defects management, new-build standards or complaints handling would be helpful but is not essential.
