Codi Group is recruiting a Conveyancing Manager to lead the development of our new in-house conveyancing service. You will manage residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership and outright sales, and oversee a Conveyancing Assistant.
Based in Newport, Swansea or Cardiff, you will shape processes, monitor performance and drive improvements in efficiency, service delivery and value for money while collaborating across Development and Sales teams to ensure a superb customer journey.
