We’re looking for compassionate, proactive, and experienced Shift Lead to join our Supported Living teams, supporting individuals with learning disabilities in Llanelli.
What you’ll do:
- Play a key role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care and be involved in day to day duties.
- Support the Team Manager by coaching and mentoring colleagues, ensuring high standards of support, and leading shifts with confidence and compassion.
- Complete delegated duties such as:
- Supervisions and competency assessments
- Supporting clinical and therapeutic tasks (e.g., PEG care, stoma/catheter care)
- Collaborating with families, health professionals, and MDTs
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met
