Codi Group in Bridgend is seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join the Kerrigan project, providing housing and support to residents with complex needs.
You will lead shifts, engage with service users, develop and follow support plans, run tenancy and wellbeing workshops, and coordinate with external agencies.
The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and bank holidays on a rolling rota; driving licence and vehicle access are desirable.
