Codi Group in South Wales is seeking a qualified Development Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead a small team, evaluate development opportunities and provide clear financial insight from appraisal through handover, helping ensure schemes are financially viable and deliver long-term value.
This role covers property accounting, financial reporting and investment monitoring across the development lifecycle with flexible hours and hybrid.
