Codi Group is seeking a full-time Scheme Support Officer for our Young Persons Supported Accommodation Service in Merthyr Tydfil. The role includes providing 24/7 support to young people aged 16-35 and assisting with emergency accommodation, tenancy skills, and independence.
You will work with a dedicated team and alongside the Manager to deliver person-centred support, health and safety checks, admin duties, and responsive care in a not-for-profit setting across Wales.
