The Student Property Team Leader sits within the Property & Investment department and reports to the Asset Manager Student Accommodation. You will lead and support Accommodation Support Staff, working closely with contractors and university partners to ensure student accommodation operates smoothly, safely, and in line with compliance requirements.
You will bring experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment where organisation and teamwork are important. You may already have experience in property, facilities management, student accommodation, or a similar setting, but transferable skills from other sectors are equally welcome. You will be comfortable supporting or supervising others, planning work, and managing your own workload. You communicate clearly and respectfully with a wide range of people, including students, colleagues, and external partners. You are confident using IT systems to record information and track work, and you have an awareness of health and safety responsibilities. Experience with compliance activities or CAFM systems is helpful, but not essential if you are willing to learn. A customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and a full driving licence with access to a car are important for this role, alongside business insurance.

The exact salary is £30,966 for a 40-hour, full-time, permanent position. A basic DBS is required for the role which we pay for.
