If you’re passionate about supporting others to live independently and make the most of every day, we’d love to have you on our Supported Living relief bank in Llanelli. With fully flexible hours and shifts, you can choose a working pattern that fits around your lifestyle. Our services operate 24/7, offering a variety of options including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep ins (with day shifts typically running between 7am and 11pm).

About the role
You’ll be supporting adults with mental health needs who are social, full of personality, and enjoy getting out and about. Your role will focus on promoting independence, helping to build life skills, and joining them in their hobbies, routines, and everyday activities.

Skills and Experience Needed
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff will be provided.
Salary: £24,531 (£12.75 per hour)
Sleep‑in rate: £62.64 per 8‑hour shift – approx. 1 per week
Waking night rate: 20% enhancement from 11pm to 7am
Enhanced DBS paid by employer
