Two full-time Floating Support Workers are required to join the Floating Support Service in Monmouthshire. You will visit people in their homes and in the community, managing your own caseload and diary from Monday to Friday.
We provide housing related support to help individuals live autonomously, improve financial capability and maintain independence. You will build confidence and connect clients with relevant services to achieve safe, stable housing.
