Codi Group in Caerphilly is seeking a full-time Neighbourhood Housing Manager on a fixed-term basis to August 2027. You’ll lead delivery of housing services, manage tenancies, lettings and estates, and be the visible community presence in your patch.
You will work with customers and partners to sustain homes, tackle safety and antisocial behaviour, and support the group’s aim to keep eviction levels low while delivering holistic support across teams.
