Codi Group in Wales is seeking a Scheme Support Officer for Caerphilly on a full-time fixed-term contract until July 2027. The role is based in Blackwood and involves a rolling 9am–9pm rota to support tenants on recovery journeys toward independent tenancy.
You will engage with residents, follow support plans, deliver tenancy and wellbeing workshops, and liaise with external agencies. The role also requires ensuring building safety and collaboration with a compassionate team.
