Following an exciting period of growth, we’re expanding our Business Development team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to play a key role in our continued success.

This role is focused on our

ATLAS platform, used by law firms, legal recruitment agencies, media organisations and businesses selling into the legal sector.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in legal recruitment, legal talent acquisition or legal sector business development who wants to further develop their commercial career, as well as experienced business development professionals looking to specialise within the legal market.

The Team

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, ambitious and fast paced team mainly based in the South West of England (around Weston-super-Mare and Bristol).

Currently the team is made up of a Business Development Director, Client Success Executive and Events Manager.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and enjoys building relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in business development within a similar commercial environment and/or knowledge of the legal sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • The following experience would be advantageous, although it’s not essential:
  • Experience working within a legal recruitment agency.
  • Experience working in an internal legal recruitment or talent acquisition team.
  • Experience using ATLAS or another legal market intelligence platform.
  • An understanding of the UK legal market.

Additional Information

This is a full or part time hybrid position and will involve occasional travel to our offices, client meetings, industry events and company activities.
