In this role, you will:
✔ Analyze business needs and craft tailored D365 CRM solutions to enhance efficiency and value.
✔ Design technical and functional documentation (TDD & FDD) and obtain stakeholder approvals.
✔ Implement and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
✔ Manage task assignments, peer reviews, and troubleshooting for successful project delivery.
✔ Provide best practice guidance to ensure quality and compliance.
✔ Plan and execute CRM development strategies, keeping stakeholders informed.
✔ Optimize system performance and ensure robust solution management.
🔹 Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, development, and configuration.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven & Canvas Apps), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience in customization and extensions of Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (SSRS, FetchXML) and .NET Framework (WCF, Web API).
- Web development skills in HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong programming knowledge in C#, OOP concepts, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps & Azure Functions.
