Strategic AI Transformation Consultant | Full-time
We're looking for an AI Transformation Consultant with a strong engineering background. You'll help large organizations find where AI can make the biggest difference, then build and deliver it.
What you'll do
- Work with senior leaders to find and priorities where AI adds value
- Build AI roadmaps and business cases with clear, measurable results
- Design AI solutions, including AI agents, and guide their delivery
- Connect AI to the systems businesses already use
- Take solutions from idea to live, working with business and technical teams
- Lead and mentor engineers
- Explain AI clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Strong software engineering background
- A proven track record of building AI solutions hands-on at some point in your career, such as AI agents or chatbots
- Experience with cloud platforms
- A track record of AI or automation projects with measurable business results
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and shaping strategy
Nice to have
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- A degree in Computer Science, AI or similar; an MBA is a plus
