Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team and lead the design, architecture, and implementation of data solutions for a major UK Government project. In this role, you will take ownership of defining and driving the strategic data architecture using Azure and Databricks , ensuring that data systems are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting complex analytics at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure data architectures on Azure and Databricks .
- Lead the creation of data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Databricks .
- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with public sector standards.
- Guide technical teams in implementing best practices for data modeling, warehousing, and analytics.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect with expertise in Azure and Databricks .
