The Role:

As a Principal Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level CRM and ERP solutions for our public sector clients. You will ensure alignment with business goals, technical excellence, and the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics solutions (CRM/ERP).
• Lead solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Integrate Dynamics with other platforms and legacy systems.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration methods (e.g., Azure, APIs).
• Experience in the public sector (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Architect) are advantageous.
