The Role

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 ServiceNow platform support, incident triage, diagnosis and resolution across ITSM and CSM workflows.
  • You will be the person NHS staff rely on when things go wrong — calm, sharp, and solution-focused.

You

  • 2 to 3 years of service desk or ITSM support experience
  • Hands-on ServiceNow exposure — even partial is fine if your fundamentals are strong
  • Solid grasp of incident, problem and change management
  • A communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical people
  • Eligible for SC clearance — you will need to have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years
