Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 to meet project requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable and future-proof.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Work alongside development teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and custom components.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Provide expert advice on best practices, governance, and leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities to optimize operations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, especially Finance & Operations, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
- Experience working in large-scale, complex environments, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements, process mapping, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
