The Finance and Office Administrator will undertake general duties of office administration, supporting the Finance Manager with financial and office management processes and systems.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Processing of purchase invoices; purchase orders and invoicing
  • Bank accounts and credit cards reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger check
  • Processing weekly and monthly payments and expenses
  • Administration of the timesheet system and project finance trackers
  • Prepare changes and process payroll
  • Creation of sales invoices
  • Participate in preparation of annual accounts, budgets, surveys and R&D claims
  • Assist in dealing with external agencies for tax preparation, auditing and banking as necessary
  • Any other reasonable requests
