Codethink is a highly technical consultancy specialising in open source solutions. We are seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic and driven graduate to assist members of our senior management team, covering both general administrative and organisational duties as well as supporting our international expansion in USA, Germany and Japan. The role is primarily based in Manchester, with some travel to attend conferences and meet with customers.

The non-exclusive list of duties outlined below represents the range of tasks that may be required to be undertaken routinely or periodically:

  • Organise periodic and adhoc meetings with colleagues, partners and customers
  • Attend (and in some cases lead) meetings, capture key points and actions, organise follow-ups
  • Manage action / task lists within the senior management team, providing reminders
  • Attend conferences to support Codethink outreach
  • Any other reasonable requests

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Honours Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to organise and get things done
  • Interested in technology
