About the role
Senior Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing D&I solutions for customers as part of the Professional Services – D&I Consultancy team. The role involves document writing, knowledge transfer, issue resolution, upselling, project‑management advisory, leading projects, managing escalations, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering & analysis: work with clients to understand business processes, goals, pain points; conduct workshops; map functional and technical requirements to D&I functionalities.
- Solution design & customization: design workflows, processes, and solutions; configure modules such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and project management; recommend and design customisations or integrations with third‑party tools.
- Implementation & deployment: set up and deploy systems; migrate data from legacy systems; test configurations and customisations for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Training & user support: provide end‑user training; develop documentation and user manuals; offer post‑implementation support and resolve issues that arise.
- Escalation & resolution: identify and escalati on complex issues; ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Project ownership: proactively engage with project teams; coordinate with cross‑functional teams; ensure project milestones are met.

Experience required
- Proven experience in EPM technology – Tagetik, SAP SAC consultancy, or similar.
- Ability to independently lead projects covering both consolidation and planning.
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Tagetik systems and relevant software tools.
- Experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
