We’re growing fast and looking for a high-performing ERP Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in winning new business across the UK midmarket.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for ERP software, consultancy and managed services
- Lead client meetings, demos, workshops and proposals
- Identify new opportunities in both greenfield and existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue
- Promote the Codestone value proposition and close deals that make a real impact
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) to SME or Mid-Market
- Strong understanding of finance processes (accounting knowledge a plus)
- Confident in client-facing roles from discovery to negotiation
- Self-starter with commercial awareness, resilience and consultative selling skills
- Experience in fit-to-standard ERP and/or managed services is a bonus
