Demand Generation Marketing Executive – Remote (UK)

Codestone is seeking a talented Demand Generation Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team. Were seeking a skilled marketing professional who enjoys delivering revenue driving content, events, and digital marketing initiatives on a global scale.

This is a hands-on role spanning the full marketing mix, including digital and in-person events, targeted digital campaigns, customer communications, collateral creation, and both internal and external communications. Youll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Delivery, Product, and People & Culture teams.

What Youll Do

  • Digital Events: Plan and deliver webinars, online seminars, and virtual roundtables, managing targeting, stakeholder engagement, and partner liaison.
  • In-Person Events: Oversee sponsorship logistics, collateral, merchandise, and staff briefing for UK and global events. Develop follow-up strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage website updates, SEO, user tracking, reporting, paid advertising, and email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Customer Marketing: Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate data, segment target lists, manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and report on engagement metrics.
  • Collateral & Content: Work with designers and copywriters to create brochures, thought leadership content, and promotional materials.
  • Internal Communications: Support company-wide updates, product announcements, and regular marketing communications.
  • Budget & Admin: Manage budgets, negotiate supplier fees, track costs, process invoices, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

What Youll Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • CIM Diploma or equivalent professional marketing qualification.
  • 35 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or professional services.
  • Hands-on experience with digital/online webinar platforms (GoToWebinar, Teams) and in-person event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of website content and design principles (WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and email campaign management.
  • Skilled in creating marketing collateral and communicating effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
