The Support Technician will be based onsite at a high-profile London customer location, which you will need to commute to daily as you\’ll be the go-to technical expert, delivering 2nd line support across IT infrastructure and AV solutions. You\’ll keep desktops, servers, and networks humming, resolve incidents quickly, and make sure every interaction leaves the customer confident and happy.,
- Deliver 2nd line IT support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, servers, and core IT services
- Set up and configure equipment (laptops, phones, AV kit), including procurement and asset management
- Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Teams, Azure, Intune, and user account administration
- Support and maintain AV and collaboration tech – Logitech, Crestron, Biamp, Shure, and more
- Assist with networking, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V), and server administration
- Monitor systems, log incidents, and track progress in line with SLAs
- Document fixes and processes to build internal knowledge
Solid 2nd line IT support experience in a customer-facing role - Confident with O365, Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong AV tech skills (Logitech Rally, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron control systems, Biamp audio)
- Networking know‑how – switches, routers, wireless troubleshooting
- macOS, iOS, and iPadOS support experience in a business environment
- Calm under pressure, great communicator, and committed to seeing issues through to resolution
