Their platform helps companies manage people, workflows, compliance and employee data across global teams, removing manual work and giving teams more time to focus on higher value work. The business is well funded, product led, and building at the intersection of HR technology, workflow automation and AI.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building real products, not just writing tickets. You would join a lean engineering team where engineers have genuine ownership, influence product decisions, and ship customer facing features from idea through to release. You will work across the full stack, building new product features, improving existing systems, supporting customers when needed, and contributing to technical direction.
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals
- Commercial experience with TypeScript, React and Node
- Experience building SaaS products or complex customer facing platforms
- Ability to work across frontend and backend
- Comfortable with databases and backend infrastructure concepts such as Postgres, Redis
- Someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, designers, founders and commercial
- A personal project, website, product, open-source work or portfolio that shows product taste
- Computer Science degree or strong technical fundamentals from another route
Hybrid: three days per week in the office
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000, depending on experience
Visa sponsorship: available for the right person
