A Product Engineer sits at the intersection of three disciplines that used to require three different people.
- Build with AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and know when to generate, when to edit, and when to reason from first principles.
- Make product decisions under uncertainty: scope sensibly, balance speed and correctness, know when to ship.
Technical Familiarity
- Frontend/backend tradeoffs, REST APIs, data modelling, caching, CI/CD, UI component libraries, authentication flows, performance fundamentals.
Nice to Have
- Startup experience, comfort with ambiguity, finished side projects, strong opinions on good software UX, background in creator economy or influencer marketing.
Compensation: Market-competitive salary, mostly remote with regular in-person days.
Benefits: 25 days PTO, company days off, wellness days, L&D budget, annual bonus, paid sick leave.
