1st Line EUC Engineer required for a six-month rolling contract with a leading global law firm. Immediate start.
The work:
- Day-to-day desk-side support in a professional services environment that demands a steady hand and a clean, customer-facing manner.
- Supporting c. 600+ users:
- PC, laptop and mobile device builds and configuration
- Software deployment via SCCM
- Printer setup and MFP support (Equitrac follow-me printing)
- New joiner provisioning and onboarding
- Cisco Video / AV support
- CMDB maintenance and asset accuracy
- Office moves, setups and project work
- Escalation handling with 2nd and 3rd line teams
You'll bring:
- Hands-on 1st line, service desk or EUC support experience
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory basics
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers
- Comfort with ticket-based ITSM (ServiceNow or similar)
- A professional, customer-facing manner suited to a top-tier client
Helpful but not essential:
- SCCM application deployment exposure
- Equitrac or follow-me printing experience
