Role Overview

At CodeRabbit, we seek an exceptional, passionate Commercial Customer Success Manager to join our growing customer success organization in the EMEA theatre. As a founding member of the customer success management team, you will ensure our customers realize value with our AI-powered code review platform. You will own the full customer journey, from kickoff to renewal and expansion. You will build and maintain strong relationships across your book of business, and you will be a champion for our customers – a vocal advocate who goes above and beyond to ensure our customers thrive.
