- Joining Coder as a Sr. Technical Recruiter is an opportunity to be a part of a high-impact, progressive, and collaborative team. We are trusted to represent Coder externally and guide all levels of the business in hiring decisions
- You partner closely with hiring teams and candidates from the first conversation through handoff to the onboarding team. You balance speed and empathy, providing a tailored and consistent experience for both candidates and internal team members
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer, while keeping candidate experience top of mind
- Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with creative, eye-catching outreach
- Manage hiring teams end-to-end, providing proactive communication and transparent feedback
- Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks/challenges, and adjust strategy using data
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. to keep hiring teams aligned

- 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

- Prior experience scaling a high-growth company
