In this role, you will be at the forefront of Coder's marketing efforts in the European region, focusing on the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies that are in line with both global objectives and the specific priorities of the EMEA region.
  • Plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events, ranging from technical discussions to networking meetups and comprehensive enterprise programs.
  • Drive lead generation and contribute to pipeline development through well-structured programs, ensuring effective handoffs and diligent follow-up.
  • Work in tandem with global marketing teams to tailor campaign content and messaging for the European market, ensuring relevance and resonance.
  • Assist in the execution of co-branded marketing initiatives and collaborative events with key partners, resellers, and channel alliances.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to implement account-based marketing strategies for prioritized accounts, transforming target lists into actionable conversations and pipeline opportunities.
  • Create and manage account-specific materials, communications, and campaign touchpoints to bolster sales outreach and facilitate pipeline growth.
  • Support pre-event account-based marketing activities, including coordinating target accounts, assisting with personalized outreach, and planning follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain organization and manage timelines effectively to ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns and events, minimizing any potential disruptions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B technology sectors or organizations that cater to developers.
  • Proven track record in managing regional field marketing initiatives, including events, partner campaigns, and marketing activities aligned with sales efforts.
  • Experience in executing account-based marketing programs, including planning for target accounts, creating personalized campaign touchpoints, and coordinating with sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional contributions effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams to meet pipeline goals and address regional marketing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the marketing process.
  • Ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or equivalent systems is essential.

  • Experience in supporting partner or channel marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with measuring the effectiveness of field marketing efforts, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and sourced pipeline.
  • Experience working for a company that offers open-source solutions.
