Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You will work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.

If you are someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn’t automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it’s done, this role is for you.

What you’ll do here:

  • Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets including playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture.
  • Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that resonates with EMEA buyers, pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation.
  • Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful.
  • Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant.
  • Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively.
  • Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right.
  • Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.

Bonus tacos if you have:

  • Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context.
  • Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI).
  • Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions.
  • Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region.
