Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Client Services: Work alongside the Client Services team to understand client needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain brand patterns, ensuring consistency and alignment with the client's brand identity.
  • PDF Design: Create professional and visually appealing PDFs for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Offer innovative design solutions and ideas to meet client objectives and overcome design challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are of the highest quality and meet both client and internal standards.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Studied Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), familiarity with other design software is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects, including branding, content creation, and brochure designs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
