You are the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, and Legal, with a primary focus on supporting the EMEA region. You help us structure clean deals, protect pricing integrity, and support the company as we transition from traditional subscription-based pricing to outcome-based pricing. You partner closely with Sales leadership, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to review deal terms, guide approvals, and keep order forms consistent. You serve as a trusted advisor on deal structuring, helping shape creative solutions within defined guardrails, and you improve the process behind the process, from discount governance and contract standards to DocuSign workflows and system alignment. This role reports directly to the Director of Monetization Operations. This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.

What you’ll do here:

  • Maintain and enforce discount governance, approval matrices, and escalation paths to preserve pricing integrity, margin discipline, and packaging consistency.
  • Partner with Legal to manage contract redlines and standardize fallback language.
  • Ensure deals are structured for accuracy, auditability, and compliance with Finance and Accounting requirements, including revenue recognition, reporting integrity, and downstream system alignment.
  • Oversee DocuSign order form creation, including governance over template logic for multi-year, co-term, and partner deals.
  • Act as a key business partner to Sales leadership, enabling reps while enforcing financial and operational guardrails.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on deal structuring, helping shape creative solutions within defined guardrails.
  • Support the business as Coder transitions from traditional subscription-based pricing to outcome-based pricing, helping operationalize new structures, approvals, and documentation.
  • Identify gaps in deal workflows and improve processes, documentation, and controls to help the business scale.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a similar cross‑functional role in a SaaS or subscription business.
  • Strong judgment around pricing, discounting, approvals, and contract terms.
  • Familiarity with order forms, redlines, quote‑to‑cash workflows, and the operational requirements that support accurate bookings and revenue recognition.
  • A detail‑oriented approach and a strong bias for accuracy, consistency, and follow‑through.
  • Comfort working across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, with the communication skills to move deals forward clearly and calmly.
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, e‑signature, and financial systems used to support commercial workflows.

Our tech stack:

  • Salesforce
  • CPQ
  • DocuSign
  • NetSuite
  • Metronome
  • Campfire
  • Clari
  • Spreadsheet and reporting tools

Bonus tacos if you have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise, partner, co‑term, or multi‑year deal structures.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ tools, DocuSign, NetSuite, Metronome, or similar systems.
  • Experience helping build approval frameworks, fallback language libraries, or scalable deal desk processes.
  • Exposure to audit, compliance, or revenue recognition requirements in a high‑growth software environment.
