The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns that drive ROI for our clients. From lead generation to eCommerce, you’ll own the end‑to‑end process: strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform targeting.
- Create and optimise ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations in collaboration with our design and content teams.
- Monitor performance daily, making agile adjustments to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, turning data into actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new ad formats, bidding strategies, and emerging platforms (e.g. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Work closely with Account Managers to align campaigns with client objectives and CODER’s Marketing Blueprints.
About You
- Has hands‑on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Understands the full funnel – from awareness to conversion – and how to build campaigns that scale.
- Is confident using GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform‑native analytics tools.
- Knows how to set up and troubleshoot tracking (pixels, events, UTM tagging).
- Has experience running A/B tests and iterating creatives for performance.
- Is comfortable managing budgets ranging from £1k to £50k+ per month.
- Brings a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience in eCommerce (Google Shopping, dynamic product ads).
- Knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic advertising.
