CodeLeap is a London-based software development agency with a large, remote engineering team in Brazil. We build web platforms, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions for clients in the UK and Europe. Most of our products involve React and React Native on the frontend, with Python/Django on the backend.
You’ll work with your teammates in Portuguese and communicate with clients in English when needed. Our squads are small, fast-moving, and each person has clear ownership and responsibility over their work.
Responsibilities- Test web and mobile applications end-to-end, ensuring quality, reliability, and usability
- Identify bugs, risks, edge cases, and improvement points with a critical mindset
- Create clear and structured QA reports in English
- Work closely with developers and product teammates, providing fast and objective feedback
- Create and maintain test cases, regression plans, and QA documentation
- Validate visual, functional, and product-related aspects of our applications
- Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and methodologies
- (Optional) Help introduce or evolve automated testing practices
- Minimum requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester
- Solid experience with manual testing across full development cycles
- Good understanding of React and React Native, with ability to navigate codebases and understand logic flows
- Strong ability to read and write in English (QA reports, documentation, client communication)
- Clear communication and a proactive attitude toward quality
- Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with automated testing (E2E, unit, or integration tests)
- Strong eye for design and user experience
- Experience structuring QA processes, documentation, or testing standards
- Fluent English
