We’re looking for a Candidate Resourcing Manager to find great candidates to meet our clients’ requirements while supporting our candidate community into exciting opportunities. You’ll work on the end-to-end candidate journey, build strong talent pipelines, and help improve recruitment processes. We’re looking for a Candidate Delivery Manager to join our team and focus on delivery of the best candidates into our client opportunities. You’ll work with teams around the organisation to help improve processes and drive efficiency. You’ll also support with internal recruitment, ensuring that we continue to hire amazing people into our team across roles at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in talent delivery, candidate sourcing, or recruitment
- Loves working in a high paced environment, enjoys getting to know candidates and gets a lot of satisfaction from successfully placing candidates into roles
- Ability to think outside the box to build talent pipelines to match upcoming requirements
- Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter, job ad sites and creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
- Sourcing: Working closely with the Commercial and Client Success teams to understand role and geographical location requirements to be pro‑active in making sure candidates are available. Proactively sourcing, headhunting and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, our CRM database of applicants, job sites and other channels for live and upcoming roles. Owning candidate pipelines for our roles, proactively ensuring candidates are moving through our application process. Responsible for the volume of eligible candidates applying for opportunities to meet client demand, being agile, thinking outside of the box and being creative with attraction techniques. Working with our marketing team to ensure social ads are attracting eligible candidates and communications throughout attraction and application stages are clear and consistent. Keeping our immediately available and recruit‑train‑deploy candidates warm and increasing our candidate numbers who are readily available. Understanding our candidates experience, the role they are looking for, their requirements such as location and salary and their availability. Hosting Q&A sessions to ensure candidates are fully briefed on the process, eliminate any blockers and reduce applicant drop off rates.
- Screening, Qualifying and Sifting: For recruit‑train‑deploy (contract roles) conduct initial telephone and video screening calls to assess candidate suitability. Confirming availability and compliance status (Right to Work) per client. Working to tight deadlines for client delivery. Tailor candidate profiles to highlight relevant skills before submission to clients. For permanent roles, reviewing applications and video interviews. Assess cultural fit, long‑term career motivations, and salary expectations and match to client requirements, providing a shortlist to the CSM team to select the final candidates. Backfilling roles - swiftly find and match candidates to back‑fill both recruit‑train‑deploy and permanent roles. Calling all candidates post interview to understand how the interviews went, the type of questions asked and how the candidate feels about the role post interview ahead of any potential offers. Ensuring that all applicants have a positive experience with CFG, whether successful or not.
- Candidate Retention: Managing client specific onboarding for Recruit, Train, Deploy candidates. Conduct regular meetings with our Recruit, Train, Deploy candidates, sharing feedback and ensuring employees feel supported throughout their placement. Setting expectations throughout the recruitment process to ensure a perfect match between the candidate, the role and company they are deployed within.
- Process Management: Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates. Preparing candidates for interviews (providing tips, role insight, and client background) as well as working with internal teams to schedule confidence coaching and technical interview preparation. Ensuring that all applicants have an amazing candidate experience with CFG, whether successful or not. Working with internal teams (such as Data, Client Success and CRM) to create and manage scalable processes.

BENEFITS:
- Salary: ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ45,000 DOE + opportunity for up to 10% bonus, dependent on company performance
- Annual leave: 20 days + 7 days over Christmas + 1 Special Occasion Day (+ 8 bank holiday days). Optional: Buy or sell 3 days of holiday, 1 Giving back day, option to work 2 days over the festive period and get additional days back.
- Parental leave: 16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks full pay for the secondary caregiver. Phased return to the office for the primary caregiver (work for 4 days at full pay for 2 months).
- Flexible working: Our working hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm. Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 90 days a year.
- Free CFGdegree education: After working at CFG for 6 months you are able to take our 16 week CFGdegree, worth ÂŁ10,000 of education!
- 6% matched pension: CFG will match your pension contribution up to 6%.
- Length of service: After 3 years you get an extra day of annual leave, 2 extra days at 4 years and 3 extra days at 5 years (and 5+ years). After 5 years a 2-month sabbatical, first month paid, 2nd month unpaid is available.
